We have been nominated to hold assets on behalf of another entity. In early stage investing, the nominee’s role is to hold shares in a company on behalf of the underlying investors in the business.

The nominee shareholder is a trustee in charge of holding the shares of the company in the name of a beneficiary which is the real owner of the shares. The nominee shareholders of companies will be registered with the Cypriot Trade Register.
